ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
What is mindfulness? How is mindfulness practiced?
This FREE 6-week workshop will teach you how to practice mindfulness using
the five senses! During each engaging session, you will focus on one of the
five senses -sight, hearing, smelling, tasting and touch. Lower your stress
level and anxiety, increase positive self- awareness, and boost your
self-esteem, confidence, energy, focus, and productivity, by learning how to
practice mindfulness!

Undergraduate and Graduate Students at UMD

Fridays, beginning October 13th through November 17th, 4:00pm - 5:00pm
