Single bedroom in a 3-br apartment available for rent from 
June-September for $565 – all utilities included.  The room is 
spacious, well lit and ventilated, with a walk-in closet. The 
room is a part of a very safe and nice community known as 
Summit Hills (links provided below). Swimming pool, gym, 
convenience store and dry cleaning all available within the 
community, seconds from the building.

The apartment is a block and a half away from the Silver 
Spring metro station, where there are multiple bus stops too. 
Walking distance from downtown Silver Spring where there are 
nice restaurants, bars, movie theatres and shopping areas. 

It is a 3 bedroom apartment; the other rooms are occupied by 
University of Maryland graduate students. I am a UMD graduate 
student myself graduating in May.

I am looking for a female roommate to sublet the room. 
Cleanliness is important. A friendly laid back person.
