Hello everybody,

First of all I would like to apologize for the short notice.  I know as well 
as everyone else that the beginning of the semester can be pretty hectic.  
And hopefully this notice serves its purpose without being a burden to you.

	With your kindness and understanding, I would like to add to your hectic 
schedules.  As of Friday, we have secured a booth for the First Look Fair, 
which will run from 10 am to 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday, September 20th and 
21st.  But in order to keep our table NOBCChE needs to be registered as an 
official campus group.  That’s where all of you come in.  As soon as 
possible I need everyone’s name and student id number (not your ssn as far 
as I know) so that we can get registered with STARS and keep our place in

Secondly, we are looking for volunteers to work the table for both days. I 
am available to work Wednesday from 12 or 1 on, so if we can find people to 
cover the other hours it would be wonderful.

Also if people are willing, I would like to try and make up some sort of 
sign for the table to catch the eye of those walking by, so if anybody has 
any interesting ideas or is willing to help out with that as well, I would 
be extremely grateful.

Just to reiterate, we are looking for your name, student ID, possible hours, 
and any ideas you might have for the table.  You can send your email with
