http://www.a2c2.org/conferences/acc2008/
KEY DATES
Deadline for all submissions and proposals: Sept 15, 2007
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Jan 31, 2008
Final manuscript submission deadline: Mar 15, 2008
CAST 10b would like to propose several invited sessions on focused
topics not
typically covered in the contributed sessions for the 2008 American
Control
Conference.
Individuals interested in preparing an idea for an invited session should
contact me via e-mail ([log in to unmask]) by JULY 10, 2007.
A complete invited session proposal consists of a summary statement and
six full papers submitted by invitation of the session organizer. While the
session should possess a unifying theme, a reasonable diversity of
viewpoints is strongly encouraged. The summary statement describes the
motivation and relevance of the proposed session.
Suitable topics for invited sessions include, but are not limited to,
broad themes of
interest to the CAST community such as control of biological/biomedical
systems,
control of particulate/population balance systems, control of nanoscale
phenomena,
control of microchemical systems, emerging themes in optimization based
process
control (networks, hybrid, distributed), etc.
Please also note the invitation to submit contributed papers,
educational/tutorial sessions,
pre-conference and industrial workshops which was sent out earlier by
Richard Braatz
and can be found here
