The Mid-Atlantic Regional Laboratory (located in Largo, MD)  of the Drug Enforcement Administration is hiring forensic chemists.  There are also positions open in San Francisco, CA at the Western Laboratory. A Bachelor's  degree is required by the closing date of the application filing period. There are minimum educational requirements in the sciences, however most chemistry majors will  exceed them.  Applicants of other majors may apply as well as long as they have the minimum number of credit hours in the sciences. The vacancy announcements are posted on www.usajobs.gov .
