We have the perfect job opportunity for you!  One of our clients, a government contractor, is looking for a motivated "self-starter" to head up the Law Library for a government agency.  You will be responsible for handling research and reference requests for the agency's General Counsel's office, as well as the day to day upkeep and maintenance of the library.  Some of your duties would include:  light cataloging, checking in and routing journals, maintaining the library's website, selecting and ordering new materials for the library, weeding old materials, organizing training sessions for electronic resources, maintaining schedules for the library, loose-leaf filing, as well as working on a team with other Librarians on various special projects as needed.  You would have the opportunity to work independently and utilize your newly obtained Library skills.  MLS degree required, law library experience preferred, but not necessary.  Familiarity with and exposure to Lexis Nexis and Westlaw strongly preferred.  Strong organizational skills necessary.
