the publib listserve ( http://lists.webjunction.org/publib ) seems to
have discussions about this sort of thing all the time. It's a good
forum for nuts-and-bolts facility and user management stuff (various
ways of handling overdue notices, questionable patron activity, storage
and labelling isses, security, and so forth). When they aren't talking
about Hydrox cookies.
