Due to an impending job change, I need someone to take over my half of an apartment lease as soon as possible. My current roommate (a fellow CLIS alum) would prefer the new leaseholder to be female.

-- Spacious 2-bedroom located at the Woodland Landing apartment complex in Lanham, MD

-- 6 miles/15 minutes from campus

-- Giant grocery store conveniently located 2 minutes from the complex.

-- Metro accessible.

-- Your half of the monthly rent would be $572.50. All utilities included.

-- Newly renovated kitchen (1 of only 5 renovations in the entire complex!). Brand new oven, dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal.

-- Laundry facilities in the basement of the unit.

-- Fitness center and pool on premises.

-- Digital cable TV is already installed. My roommate takes care of the television bill. Cable Internet is also currently installed; the new leaseholder would cover the $33 monthly bill for that (if Internet is desired).

-- Our unit is at the back of the complex, and away from the traffic noise on the main road.

-- Cats are okay, but there is an additional pet fee.
