On November 11, in McKeldin 6137, the University of Maryland Libraries will host “War in Literature: Public Readings,” an all-day event that is part of the university’s “Semester on War and the Representation of War.” Students, faculty, and staff will read poems, stories, memoirs, and other writings about war. Readings will come from a wide range of cultures and a wide range of time periods. We hope that many of you will have a chance to come to McKeldin 6137 at some point during the day and listen to some of the readings.
A schedule of the readings can be viewed at http://www.lib.umd.edu/MCK/warreadings.html
