Please join us for the 5th and last (for this semester) in a series of “CHATS” about what it’s like to work in different types of libraries or alternative settings and hearing from
professionals who work in them. They will talk about what life is like after school, how to survive in your job, how to deal with management, what to avoid, whom to cultivate,
promoting yourself - and more.
Date and Time: April 16, 5-6pm, 4th Floor Lounge
This session will focus on Health Sciences Libraries and the "chatters" will include:
Patrick Clapp, Librarian, Qiagen Research and Development
Kathel Dunn, Associate Fellowship Coordinator, National Library of Medicine
Elizabeth Norton, Contractor, National Library of Medicine
The event is informal and you can join us for part or all of the discussion.
