Greetings all disc lovers,

I'm hoping to round up enough Ultimate Frisbee players for a co-ed
intramural team. I've been having withdrawals for over a year since
moving here and letting my Frisbee collection rot away in the
basement. So, if you're interested in creating an iSchool team please
send me an email in the next week.

Having never done this through UMD's intramural sports before I don't
know all of the details. What I do know is that we can sign up
beginning April 26th and that games starts May 2nd. It doesn't cost
anything (unless we don't show up) and games are typically played in
the evening. It's a fairly short season with a few "regular season"
games and an ending tournament. There are two levels of play -
competitive and recreational. I'm fine with either one, so we can
decide once we have some idea of who's interested in playing and their
skill level. Please don't be intimidated if you'd like to play and
don't have a ton of experience. If we get a decent number of potential
players we may want to play a couple of pickup games before the
season...
