Call for Volunteers!
26th Annual Dupont-Kalorama Museum Walk Weekend

Saturday, June 6, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 7, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Ten neighborhood museums offer free admission and special activities to
celebrate the art, history, and culture of historic Dupont Circle and
Kalorama. Volunteers are needed to assist with various Walk Weekend
visitor services. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. Free
shuttle buses will circulate between the sites.
A special volunteer-only reception and kickoff event will be held in the
historic drawing room of 1734 N Street NW, headquarters of the General
Federation of Women’s Clubs, on Thursday, June 4, 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Participating museums are the Anderson House, Dumbarton House, General
Federation of Women’s Clubs, Fondo del Sol Visual Arts Center, Mary
McLeod Bethune Council House National Historic Site, Meridian
International Center, National Museum of American Jewish Military
History, The Phillips Collection, The Textile Museum, and Woodrow Wilson
House.
