Project Description:
GradShare is a ProQuest sponsored outreach platform for academic 
libraries seeking enhanced engagement with graduate student users. For 
graduate students, the portal offers a public, peer-created knowledge 
base on topics relating to the process of graduate education. The portal 
supports student-to-student mentoring through user-generated content 
offerings and offers ProQuest and local institutional information 
services relevant to user background and mentoring interests. The portal 
assists libraries and school administrators in enhancing service to a 
core and underserved user segment while offering a public web channel to 
ProQuest offerings. The portal offers Graduate Deans a way to monitor 
and communicate with graduate students.

Position Description:
The GradShare Platform Manager is responsible for all aspects of the 
portal offering and will oversee the expansion and maintenance of the 
portal in domestic and international markets. The successful Manager 
will engage four stakeholder groups to provide graduate students with 
the best source of information on accomplishing their graduate education 
goals. These stakeholder groups are: graduate student users, Library 
Administrators, Graduate School Deans/Administrators, and ProQuest 
senior and product management.
