Volunteer to be a judge for the Montgomery County History Day competition!
This year's theme is "Innovation in History." The competition will take
place at the Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD on Saturday,
March 20, 2010.
Winners in the County competition will advance to the Maryland History Day
competition and perhaps to the National History Day competition. Judging is
done in teams. Judges should have a basic knowledge of history and research
and the ability to interact with adolescents. Most of the judging takes
place between 8:30 and Noon. We provide breakfast and lunch for judges.
