Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science is excited to announce their summer travel program to Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea in August 2010.
The program is offered July 31 – August 14, 2010. Students can earn either three or six credits from Simmons College.

Two courses are being offered in this summer program:
LS404 - Principles of Management
LS481 - Children’s Literature and Media Collections
Students can take one or both courses.
Classes will be in session Monday – Friday, totaling 32 hours of class time plus 8 hours of site visits per week. Site visits to area libraries will take place in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Site visits include the Yonsei University Library, Suk Gwan High School Library, the National Library of Korea and the National Library for Children & Young Adults.
The course cost: $4,137 plus Simmons GSLIS tuition. This course cost includes airfare from Boston Logan Airport to Seoul Incheon Airport, Korea and lodging.
