The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) is looking for junior and senior 
scientists to join the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command’s
Biotechnology High Performance Computing Software Applications Institute
(BHSAI) [www.bhsai.org]. HJF provides scientific, technical, and
programmatic support to the BHSAI. This opening is for a dynamic
computational scientist with interest in working in an interdisciplinary
environment with focus on genomics and proteomics, and the analyses of
next generation sequencing data. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in
computer science, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related
discipline and a strong publication record. Experience with high
performance computing is a plus. The candidate is expected to
simultaneously work in multiple projects, involving a diverse and
interdisciplinary team of scientists across multiple laboratories. Foreign
nationals are welcome to apply. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is
not required. The position is located in Frederick, Maryland.
