The apartment includes one shared bathroom, a kitchen (fully stock with pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cups, etc.), and furnished living room and dining room, as well as plenty of storage space in the basement, which also has a coin-operated washer/dryer ($0.75). Utilities (gas, electric, premium cable and wireless internet) are not included, but run about $80-120/month depending on the season.  The landlord is very nice and responsive to any problems.  The building is a non-smoking building, outdoor smoking only.
