Office of Presidential Libraries – Web Development Intern
Fall 2010 Internship
The Office of Presidential Libraries in the National Archives and
Records Administration is seeking a Web Development intern for the Fall
2010 semester. This is an unpaid internship program.
Coordination and development of projects will be provided by the
Director of Digital Strategies.
Interns will gain experience in the process of change management
related to projects that support online access to archival holdings.
Location:
College Park, MD
Responsibilities include:
● Providing support to the Presidential Libraries website
re-design working group
● Researching and drafting revisions for content on the Office of
Presidential Libraries website (www.archives.gov/presidential-libraries)
● Providing support for the Presidential Libraries’ Digitization
Study
Requirements:
The intern should be highly organized and an effective communicator in
busy team environments. Additionally, the individual should have
knowledge in at least one of the areas of information architecture, web
development, or human computer interaction.
