Single bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment available for rent from Sep, 2010 to Oct, 2011 for $770 – all utilities included. The room is spacious, well lit and ventilated, with a closet. The room is a part of a very safe and nice community known as Summit Hills (Check out the links provided below). Swimming pool, gym, convenience store and dry cleaning all available within the apartment complex, couple of minutes from the building. The apartment is a block and a half away from the Silver Spring metro station, where there are multiple bus stops too;walking distance from downtown Silver Spring where there are nice restaurants, bars, movie theatres and shopping areas.

It is a 3 bedroom apartment; the other rooms are occupied by University of Maryland graduate students. I am a UMD graduate student myself.

We would like to rent the Master Bedroom to a female roommate(s), a friendly laid back person. Cleanliness is important :)
