UKA Teacher U was founded by visionary leaders from Achievement First, 
KIPP, and Uncommon Schools, three of the nation’s leading nonprofit 
charter management organizations.  In 2007, it launched Teacher U, a 
teacher certification and graduate program aimed at preparing teachers to 
be successful at closing the achievement gap.   Teacher U is currently 
seeking a fantastic Education Librarian to spearhead the development of 
our library and lead future plans for providing essential support for
