The Integrated life Sciences Program, a new undergraduate living and learning program at University of Maryland, is seeking a full-time Associate Director and a full-time Program Coordinator. Both are 12-month full-time positions with teaching and administrative responsibilities.

The Associate Director will develop and teach a course in the program as well as take primary responsibility for all administrative aspects of the program including recruitment, admissions, staff supervision, internship/research opportunities, and internal/external communications. PhD in life sciences discipline strongly preferred. Postdoctoral teaching or research experience also strongly preferred. The Program Coordinator will supervise the experiential and co-curricular programming, advise students, provide administrative support, and teach one or more sections of a one-credit introductory course. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Programmatic and/or academic advising experience with undergraduates is preferred.
