We are a staffing agency who works with P&G in Hunt Valley, Maryland.  Occasionally, we have requests for entry level lab techs to work in the cosmetology labs at P&G - mainly in a QA capacity. These are full-time positions that can last from 6 months to 1 year to longer.

I believe these are good opportunities for fresh graduates. They usually look for candidates with an educational background in Biology and/or Chemistry.

The pay rates start at $13 for Lab Tech 1s. However, over time the associates can, and usually do, move into a lab tech 2 position which offers a $15 to $17 hourly pay rate and then a lab tech 3 position which offers $19.
