Ann Arbor, MI May 16, 2012-- The Michigan CHI (MICHICHI) and Michigan Usability Professionals’ Association (MI UPA) will host the eighth annual Internet User Experience Conference (IUE2012) in Ann Arbor, Michigan July 16 - 18. The conference promotes user experience design, graphics, branding, messaging, social networking, accessibility, and effective web writing to enhance customers’ experience. Top industry speakers, practitioners, and authors will present information about Internet user experience design using training, case studies, real-world examples, and hands-on activities.

The Michigan CHI urges interested individuals to come and participate as world-renowned speakers and trainers cover aspects of Web site design and strategy, including usability, marketing, branding, social networking, accessibility, and more. Tutorials will be offered on the user experience design step, effective data display, optimizing mobile designs, and more.
 
The IUE attracts a wide spectrum of professionals working in usability, Web development, visual design, marketing, advertising, and sales. Conference sponsors include University of Michigan’s School of Information, The Michigan CHI, The Michigan UPA, and Clear Usability LLC.

This year’s conference will be held on the campus of the University of 
Michigan in Ann Arbor at the Michigan League. This location makes it very easy for you to attend the Ann Arbor Art fair <http://www.artfair.org/>, which begins the last day of the conference. When you leave the conference, you will surrounded by many city blocks of art, food, and music.
 
*Presentation submissions are being accepted now through May 31st.

*Registration opens on May 21st, and early registrants (before June16th)
