ANTIGONE: Algorithms for coNTinuous / Integer Global Optimization of
Nonlinear Equations

The Computer-Aided Systems Laboratory at Princeton University is pleased
to announce the release of ANTIGONE (Algorithms for coNTinuous / Integer
Global Optimization of Nonlinear Equations), a computational framework
for deterministic global optimization of nonconvex MINLP. ANTIGONE was
completed in collaboration with the Centre for Process Systems
Engineering at Imperial College.

ANTIGONE is commercially available through the General Algebraic
Modeling System (GAMS; version 24.1, now in beta:

Deterministic global optimization of mixed-integer nonlinear programs
(MINLP) is broadly applicable in diverse domains ranging from molecular
biology to refinery operations to computational chemistry to
synthesizing sustainable processes.

ANTIGONE is the evolution of GloMIQO (Global Mixed-Integer Quadratic
Optimizer) to general nonconvex terms; it performs equivalently to
GloMIQO when all nonlinearities in MINLP are quadratic.
