Subject: School of Public Policy Launches New Minor in Public Leadership!

Description:
Sponsored by the School of Public Policy, the Public Leadership Minor will
allow students to examine pressing issues, such as the global environment,
human rights, diversity, and poverty, that are facing today’s leaders. This
minor provides students with a foundation of leadership development, from
understanding leadership theories to enhancing their own critical thinking,
community organizing, and problem solving skills. The Public Leadership Minor
will complement any major on campus, while empowering students to become
stronger citizens and leaders.

For more information about the minor, the requirements, or the application
process, visit our website at https://www.publicpolicy.umd.edu/plminor. If
you have any questions, please contact Rachel Kane at [log in to unmask]
