A postdoctoral position is currently available in the Control Systems Group of Electrical Engineering 
Department of Eindhoven University of Technology. The successful candidate will join the ‘Improved 
Process Operation via Rigorous Simulation Models’(IMPROVISE) project working on soft sensing, 
alignment of the model with the process data and process monitoring for a evaporative crystallization 
unit with MVR. The candidate will be working closely with the industrial partner CORBION.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering (or related area) with expertise in chemical 
process modeling, simulation, state and parameter estimation and optimization. Interested applicants
