Subject: Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Intern Program
Description:
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) will hire eligible students to work
as summer 2015 interns at the Air Force's sole research organization
dedicated to leading the discovery, development, and integration of
warfighting technologies. Selected interns will have the opportunity to work
on cutting edge science and technology research that has a direct impact on
our nation's defense with world-class scientist and engineers in areas such
as: molecular bioeffects; applied neuroscience; laser systems effects,
modeling and simulation; high power electromagnetic systems; cyber
resiliency; secure data sharing; material biotechnology; and radio
frequency/electro-optical sensing to name a few.
The AFRL locations below will provide internship opportunities and will allow
interns to explore work related to their career/educational goals while being
paid. In addition, interns who successfully complete this internship program
may be eligible for conversion to a permanent or time-limited government
civilian position within AFRL.
