Subject: Recruiting GSS Leaders for Fall 2017

Description:
The Guided Study Sessions (GSS) program is recruiting leaders for the Fall
2017 semester!
Apply to be a GSS Leader today!

Recruiting Leaders for the following courses:
BSCI 160, BSCI 170, BSCI 201, BSCI 207, CHEM 131, CHEM 135, PHYS 161

About the Program:
The Guided Study Session (GSS) Program offers FREE, regularly scheduled study
sessions for traditionally difficult courses. Based on the Supplemental
Instruction model (SI), weekly 50-minute sessions are held using a
collaborative learning process. UMD students can attend once or attend every
session, as they please. Our data suggests that the more the students
participate in GSS, the higher their final grade will be in the course.
