As a Cyber Security Associate, you will:
•Coordinate the process to create, maintain, update, & enforce enterprise
security documents
•Conduct technical interviews w/SMEs, Project Managers, & other specialists
•Prepare security-related controls, documentation, policies, standards,
baselines, guidelines, working instructions & procedures that comply
w/FISMA/FedRAMP criteria, departmental guidelines, & industry best practices,
based on information gained in interviews
•Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, & other processes to ensure
compliance with the developed enterprise security documents
•Create documentation for new security solutions
•Review software systems to assess & document compliance w/FISMA/FedRAMP
criteria
•Assist with other cyber security-related tasks as assigned

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
•BA/BS in Cybersecurity or related field from a U.S. DOE accredited
institution w/3.2+ GPA
•0-2 years of related experience
•Experience w/well-known information security-related tools
•Knowledge of common attack methodologies, tactics & protocols
•Demonstrated proficiency w/the MS Office suite of apps
•Knowledge of FISMA/FedRAMP or other security control framework preferred
•Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to relay technical information to clients & users in
layman terms
•Demonstrated strong problem-solving, critical thinking, & analytical
skills
•Demonstrated customer service skills
•Excellent attention to detail & organization skills
•Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work within a team
•Demonstrated ability handle sensitive information w/integrity & security
•Ability to maintain level-headed attitude & communicate w/diplomacy & tact
when addressing issues
•Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance
•Strong presentation skills preferred
