Are you interested in bridging the gender gap in technology? Do you have a
passion for promoting diversity and equality? Do you enjoy organizing? If any
of these apply to you, then consider organizing for Technica, the world's
largest all-female and non-binary hackathon.

Technica is looking for students of all backgrounds to join this year's
organizing team. Technica will be taking place in November 2020, and we need
organizers to prepare all year for the event. We have roles in Marketing,
Design, Finance, Event Operations, Tech, and more! Our application is now
open at ter.ps/techorg2020 until March 26th at 11:59pm.
