Dear CAST Division Members,

Hope this message finds all of you in good health and spirits despite the on-going global crisis due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

This is a strange time for all of us indeed and I wish you and your families a safe navigation through the crisis.



It has recently come to my attention that, while the awards committee members were checking whether the current nominations for the CAST presentation award meets the requirements,  several of the nominators are not listed as CAST members (though all of them are active in CAST and some of them very active). Though we will still consider the nomination, their membership status need to be fixed ASAP.

For the nominees, some are CAST members, some only AIChE and some none. 



I  would like to take this opportunity to ask everyone to check their membership status.
