Dance is intimately connected with spiritual practice. We can think of dance
as a moving meditation. Dance liberates us from our thinking minds as we
fully inhabit our bodies, while simultaneously cultivating the experience of
“stepping outside” of ourselves and our everyday lives.
In this virtual interactive session, we will be guided to move together in
dance and relax into meditation. Both, the dance and meditation, will be led
by a trained instructor.
In this one hour session, you will learn,
✔ A calming breathing technique to quiet and relax the mind preparing it
for deep meditation
✔ A real experience of meditation to effortlessly cut the vicious cycle of
thoughts, leaving your mind focused, clear & stress free
