Dear colleagues,

it turns out that our decision to partially bypass the AIChE system was the correct one.
The meetings we have set up work both technically and in terms of participation much better.

The area coordinators and I decided to set up our own videoconference meetings for the area programming meetings.
(AIChE did not manage to provide us a working videoconference for the CAST programming meeting.)

You can find the links and times for the meetings in the spreadsheet that Prof Ashlee Ford Versypt has set up
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11DbJxp-pVjuhPq1YIy8y7il7k5ugsa37cI1iQV0-b-M/edit#gid=0

I have also asked AIChE to update the vfairs entries.
I hope that many of you join the area programming meetings. The area coordinators always look for eager dynamic session chairs.

Best,

Alexander
CAST programming coordinator
