Description:
You're invited to the second Shell Up Self-Defense Workshop happening over
Zoom on Tuesday December 8th at 7:00 pm! The workshop will review some of the
basic techniques covered previously as well as some new ground fighting and
jiu-jitsu skills. As such, this workshop will be valuable for previous
attendees as well as newcomers. No cost, experience, or equipment is
required.
