Subject: CMNS Development Office seeks Student-Worker for Summer 2022
Description:
The College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences (CMNS) seeks a
Student-Worker to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per
week maximum during the 2022 summer providing support to the Development team
in the following tasks:
Development: Conduct donor/prospect research and prepare briefings before
development officer meetings and events; assist with data entry of contact
reports and other activities in Reeher (and occasionally Advance) database;
prepare donor-related communications and outreach as appropriate.
Event planning: Prepare attendee name tags and other supplies for events;
provide onsite support during CMNS-related events, including event set
up/tear down and attendee registration; assist with data entry in the AlumniQ
event registration system (less event activity during the summer, focus on
planning for the coming academic year).
Donor Relations/Stewardship: Prepare acknowledgment letters for gifts under
$1,000; assist with coordinating scholarship student thank-you letters/videos
to donors; package donor recognition gifts as needed.
Administration: Assist with administrative tasks supporting the CMNS
Development team as assigned.
Additional special projects for Summer 2022.
