Subject: Brain Break
Stress is caused when there is too much to do but too little time. In order
to make the most of our time, we have to optimize our energy. In this
hands-on session, we will discover the main sources of energy from Yogic
Science and learn breathing techniques to use in daily life. The session will
be led by a 1000-hour breath-Meditation teacher from the SKY Campus
organization at UMD.
