Dear CAST Colleagues:
PEESE @ Cornell University (www.peese.org) is currently seeking highly-qualified candidates for three postdoctoral or senior research associate positions in the areas of systems engineering, sustainability science, and AI. These positions offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary of at least US$55,000 per year for postdoctoral researchers, an additional 10% contribution to the researcher's retirement account (that can be withdrawn at any time), and full Cornell employee benefit plans. The projects will focus on decarbonization, energy sustainability, and materials informatics. Candidates with strong research backgrounds and expertise in AI for materials discovery or sustainability are particularly encouraged to apply, as they may be considered for Cornell's new Schmidt AI in Science Program as a Schmidt AI Fellow via CUAISci (https://science.ai.cornell.edu). Candidates should have at least five high-quality publications in relevant fields and be interested in working in an interdisciplinary research environment. Interested candidates should send a detailed curriculum vitae to Prof. Fengqi You at ([log in to unmask]) with "PSE Postdoc Position" in the email subject. These three positions are available immediately and remain open until filled.
