[Spring Only] TLI: Organizational Leadership (5 weeks) -- Registration Open!

Description:

Participate in hands-on activities and critical dialogue with a small group of peers. This track focuses on organizational dynamics and development centered around structural, relational, and cultural aspects of student organizations. Perfect for students wanting to hold positions and student organization leaders looking to lead and develop their organization!

- Evaluation and Assessment

- Organization Communication and Structural Tensions

- Member Motivation and Team Contribution

- Organization Conflict and Delegation

- Organization Culture and Mission/Vision Workshop

Who can be participate:

- Any current UMD student!

What you get for being a part:

- A certificate of completion

- Letters of recommendation

- A community and network with other leaders

- Organizations who have a member complete a track will have access to a $100 credit towards technology costs for a registered organization’s events in Stamp (to be used within 1 year)

When does it take place?

- Track begins week of March 6th, on campus

- Track ends week of April 3rd

- Pick a weekly track day: (1)Tuesdays, (2)Wednesdays, or (3)Thursday Evenings
