After More Than a Decade of Debate, ALA Approves Core Competencies

The American Library Association Presidential Task Force on Library
Education has finally approved a set of Core Competencies that every MLS
student show acquire. Current students (especially new students) in the MLS
program might be interested in reading the document itself.
