Technical Services Division announces its upcoming program, Dependable Strengths: Enhancing Your Potential.

**Continental breakfast and registration begin at 9:00 am. Program runs 9:30 am - 1:00 pm. Afterwards, you are invited to join the TSD Business Meeting from 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm (bring your own lunch).
Program description:
More than ever, the value of the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP) to both individuals who are being downsized and organizations that are restructuring cannot be highlighted enough. If you are looking for a process that will have a high
positive impact with results, then you need to explore the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process. Not only will you see the benefits for your clients, you will also experience your own sense of renewal. This half-day program gives participants a glimpse
into possible dependable strengths and implications for career planning and team building. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be able to identify at least 2 personal Dependable Strength through a peer assisted group process, identify 2 patterns
of strengths that provide internal motivation and satisfaction, and identify at least 2 ways to manage their own career development and work more effectively in teams.
