Hi, All, I attended a forum last evening sponsored in part by CASCI on value creation through social media. The entrepreneurs who spoke have some *whack on the head* brilliant ideas to address real social needs. The cool thing about these initiatives is that they are scalable from 5 minutes of volunteer time while eating lunch (sparked.com), organizing a flashmob to support a business that supports good causes (carrotmob.org), or logging volunteer hours to inspire others and see the impact of what you do (myImpact.org). On a personal level, you all may be interested in these but professionally, there are some good, free/very cheap, easy ways to do good stuff in the community. http://myimpact.org/ http://carrotmob.org/ http://www.sparked.com/ Susan Wilson
