Specific areas of interest include process systems engineering and computational chemical engineering. The successful applicant is expected to develop and maintain a research program leading to national and international recognition and to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates applying for this position must have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or in a closely-related field. The Department is housed in a new 205,000 square foot facility, has 27 full-time tenured/tenure-track faculty and 140 graduate students, and has over $20 million in endowments.
