Everyone Needs To Talk Sometime: Help Center Hotline Everyone needs to talk sometimes and that’s exactly what we’re here for. The Help Center, UMD’s Peer Counseling and Crisis Intervention Hotline, has been a friend for UMD students since the 1970s and since then we’ve been offering open, non-judgmental, patient peer counseling for our fellow Terps. Along with our phone counseling we also do face-to-face walk-in counseling and pregnancy testing. All of our services are 100% confidential, anonymous, and FREE.
