Call for Papers The 4th World Conference on Safety of Oil and Gas Industry (WCOGI 2012) Deadline of Abstract Submission: November 18, 2011 The 4th World Conference on Safety of Oil and Gas Industry (WCOGI 2012) will be held at Hoam Convention Center, Seoul, Korea, June 27-30, 2012. WCOGI 2012 aims to foster research on safety of oil and gas industry, to promote related international cooperation among scientists and engineers, and to provide means for the public dissemination of the results from these efforts. As science and technology go through the stage of rapid development, safety technologies are being established in more systematic ways, compared with the past. However, as recent accidents illustrate, devastating loss is placed upon the country as well as the company that is involved in a particular accident. In that sense, WCOGI 2012 will create a meaningful gathering and provide a chance to establish a new paradigm on oil and gas safety. Join us in this great opportunity to share your latest work and opinions for safety issues in oil and gas industries. The topics of interest include, but not limited to the following: 1.
