She’ll be sharing how the communication, networking, and leadership skills she’s learned through her professional life in SLA has helped her have a voice in the Google communities. She’ll also share the site they launched for Google Apps administrators and developers during the Google Customer Connect 2012 Conference in Monterrey, California, called “20/20 Hind*Site*: Best Practices for Google Sites.” Speaker Bio: Karen is Manager of Technology Solutions in the Information Systems & Technology of National Geographic Society.
