The Unity Welcome provides an opportunity to welcome the campus' more than 8000 multi-ethnic students back to school in fun, festive manner. Attendees receive information from over 50 campus departments and students organizations, while enjoying free food and musical performances. This year, the Unity Welcome will be held on Friday, September 7, 2012 from 12 noon. - 2 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Stamp Student Union-University of Maryland. We are pleased to have the Office of Multi-cultural Involvement and Community Advocacy (MICA) as a co-sponsor. The event is FREE and OPEN TO ALL students, staff and faculty.
