Pell Grant Recipients - Study Abroad Scholarships! Are you a Pell Grant recipient and U.S. citizen? Are you thinking about studying abroad summer 2013, fall 2013, or for the 2013-14 academic year? Learn about the Gilman International Scholarship, which provides up to $5000 for Pell Grant recipients to study abroad. In the past two years 43 Maryland applicants have won Gilman Scholarships for study abroad! The deadline to apply for summer and fall 2013 and academic year 2013-14 Gilman Scholarships is March 5, 2013.
