POSITION TITLE: Education Program Manager I, Branch Chief Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped POSITION NUMBER: 039745 SALARY: State Salary Grade 23 Annual Salary Range: $64,349 - $93,932 LOCATION: 415 Park Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21201 NATURE OF WORK: This is a professional position serving as the Chief of the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH), responsible for providing leadership and support for the planning, development and improvement of statewide library services for all blind, visually impaired, physically disabled and reading disabled citizens of Maryland while facilitating statewide library partnerships.
