Beta Psi Omega aims to provide a supportive brotherhood for students pursuing the biological sciences to further the advancement of biology as a science and profession. It is committed to serving the needs of students and thereby the community. Beta Psi Omega is aimed to connect passionate students with opportunities, insights, and guidance to success. We were founded on Five Pillars of Excellence: Intellect, Service, Unity, Diversity, and Proactivity. We are a new student group on campus with the goal of helping students pursuing the biological sciences professionally and academically. We welcome all majors to get involved (biology, kinesiology, public health, psychology, pre-health, etc.) as the skills one will gain are transferable to any field. Beta Psi Omega became recognized by the SGA in the Spring of 2010. This year we are in the planning stage to expand nationally.
