The Filipino Cultural Association cordially invites you and your family to the 4th Biennial Filipino American Studies (FAST) Gala on Saturday, March 2nd, 2013. Doors will open at 5pm in the Stamp Grand Ballroom. The Gala will be a fundraising dinner held in the interest of two Asian American Studies Program scholarships: the Major General Antonio Taguba Profiles in Courage and Leadership Scholarship, and the Philip Vera Cruz Outstanding Community Service Scholarship. We are also proud to announce Angela Lagdameo as one of our guest speakers. She currently works at the Maryland Department of Human Resources and was former president of the Asian American Student Union. We look forward to hearing about her experiences as an alum.
